Nigella shares new discoveries like her Turkish-inspired eggs and old favourites including the aptly named queen of puddings. For a get together she rustles up a simple chicken and pea tray-bake.

Nigella rustles up her favourite weekend breakfast special, wonderfully light waffles. She shares recipes for beef and aubergine fattah, passion-fruit ice cream cake and a late-night special sandwich.

For lunch with friends, herbed leg of lamb is simple to prepare. It's followed by her soft and rich chocolate olive oil mousse. Coconut shrimp make a tasty snack and walnut carrot cake is a treat.

Nigella makes a breakfast of fried bread and tomato hash. Next, a quick pasta dish with anchovies. Then, a vegan feast, with butternut and sweet potato curry, coriander and jalapeno salsa, and lemon tendercake served with blueberry compote.

Nigella makes her savory French toast, a spiced lamb kofta with garlic sauce, a rose and pepper pavlova with strawberries, a golden egg curry, and a white chocolate cheesecake.

Nigella cooks a supper of chicken with red grapes and marsala, followed by a chocolate amaretto cake with crumbled amaretti cream. Then there's mussels with pasta, a radicchio, chestnut and blue cheese salad, and an egg tortilla pie.

Nigella Lawson heads off into the countryside for a cosy Christmas sharing tips on relaxed entertaining, including devilled eggs and cocktails, roast duck with orange, soy and ginger and chocolate pistachio meringue cookies.
