For the big premiere of the second season, minor comedic incidents happen.

Officer Hajime's brother Hitoshi joins Nanba as a prison officer himself.

Guard Inori Hakkai takes over prisoner supervision from Samon with his new assistant Houzuki Sanzou. Meanwhile as Jyugo wanders the corridors, Rock is mind-controlled to attack Jyugo.

Jyugo repels Rock's attack and frees him. The Cell 13 gang decide to check out Cell 5 to find out what's going on, but get trapped inside.

The Cell 5 guards have overthrown Samon Gokuu and are leading a revolution, so the Cell 5 and Cell 13 inmates team up.

The inmates find a Management's office, which has records of them. Upa and Liang leave the group behind to take on an enemy from their past.

Hachiman nearly defeats Upa and Liang with a sleeping gas, but Nico saves them. But Hachiman gets his grip on Nico, who is in mortal peril.

Nico goes berserk and engages in a monstrous battle with Hachiman.

The inmates encounter the aquatic Ruka Gojou.

The battle with Ruka Gojou continues.

Trois and Honey send Uno and Jyugo on ahead while they try to stop Gojou. Trois and Honey have trouble dealing with Gojou until Jyugo returns in his modified form with blades.

Ruka Gojou is finally subdued.

Warder Seitarou Tanabata takes Cell 13 to class.
