Pratha realizes that the virus is being transported to India from Chingistan in the human form as Shalakha's deadly doppelganger, Shanglira.

Shanglira diabolically stabs Pratha in her spine on the pretext of surrendering to her. The Professor informs Mehek that only Shalaka can save Pratha by killing Shanglira.

While Pratha consumes the poisoned water of River Yamuna, the act leaves her weak and her skin turning black.

Mehek recalls how an evil twist of fate led a helpless and unwilling Pratha to become the Shesh Naagin. Later, Pratha learns that Rehan murdered her friend Diya.

Rehan suggests that the family go on a hunting expedition. Once there, Pratha seeks an opportunity and launches an attack on Rehan to avenge her friend, Diya's death.

Pratha overhears Rishabh talking to his superior and learns of the fifth Asur, Mastermind. While she assumes him to be Karan Mehra, she is unaware that Mastermind is none other than her biological father.

Sardar asks Pratha to remove the Naagmani from her body and place it in a pot during a special Pooja on the eve of her birthday. However, he deviously steals the Naagmani and replaces it with a fake one

When Pratha sees Rishabh in danger of being shot, she tries to transform into her Naagin avatar but fails. Luckily though, she manages to save him. Later, Pratha makes a startling discovery.

As Rishabh and Pratha begin to bond well with each other, Yash reveals that his union with Pratha was decided in their childhood and that they both love each other.

While Mehek conducts the marriage rituals of Yash and Pratha as per their destiny, Yash discovers that Pratha's true love lies elsewhere.

While Pratha saves Rishabh after he is hit by a poisoned dart, Seema sends them on a honeymoon to Dehradun. In a shocking turn of events, Pratha catches Seema when she attacks Rishabh and confronts her.

Pratha's doubts regarding Seema intensify when she finds old pictures of Seema and Rishabh. Pratha then plans a special surprise for Seema on her birthday and threatens to expose her.

Pratha surprises Seema by introducing Chanda as Seema's best friend to Rishabh. However, Pratha is not sure why Seema kept Chanda captive for so many years without killing her and goes to the Nagmahal with Mehek to find answers.

It is revealed that Seema tormented Chanda for years in order to acquire the location of Amrit Kalash. Pratha strives to find the Amrit Kalash with the help of Chanda to stop Seema's evil plans.

Pratha is shocked to see the Nevla, Rainaksh, in the house and even more so when Seema announces Anya and Rainaksh's marriage. Pratha realizes that Rainaksh has used his powers on Anya to gain control over her.

Seema is disappointed to learn that Pratha and Mehek have found the Amrit Kalash and that they have captured Rainaksh. However, Rainkash escapes while Pratha promises Chanda to keep her safe.

While Pratha kills Rainaksh to protect Chanda, Seema and Banno revive him. Later, Rishabh blames Pratha for creating trouble for Rehan and his family members when she defends Samaira.

Pratha gathers evidence of Rehan's infidelity towards Samaira and shows it to Rishabh. However Pratha's plan backfires as Rehan turns Ambika against her, and Rishabh banishes Pratha from the house.

When Pratha manages to acquire the Amrit Kalash, Seema shows up with her malicious plans and wants to destroy everything. She poisons Rishabh and demands Amrit Kalash in exchange for his life.

While Pratha and Mehek visit the Professor, he appreciates their patriotic act but warns Pratha of impending danger to her life. Later, Seema threatens to kill Pratha if she does not reveal her secret to Rishabh.

Pratha decides to confess her true identity to Rishabh and relinquish her divine powers. She goes through a rite in which she sacrifices her powers. Meanwhile, Ritesh assaults Samaira and Mehek.

Just like Urvashi had betrayed her sister, Mehek does the same with Pratha after being tempted by her powers. Mehek sees the cremation of Pratha's dead body and goes to the Naag temple to finally become the Sesh Naagin.

Mehek celebrates her first wedding anniversary with Rishabh and the one-year demise of Pratha. While she reflects on her happy married life, a shadow lurking in the dark creates restlessness within her.

Mehak grows apprehensive when she learns that Yeti has crossed the borders of Nepal in an effort to wreak havoc in the country.

When Mehek refuses to be a Shesh Naagin in front of Yeti, Pratha regains her powers and turns into a Shesh Naagin, and he swears vengeance against her foes and decides to destroy them once and for all.

Rudra Raichand, the owner of a news channel and an amazing personality, is smitten by Prathna as he sees her from across the road. However, Anmol believes that Rudra belongs only to her.

Pratha and Rishabh go to Rudra's office to speak to his mother about Anmol and his marriage. While Rudra is busy interviewing a snake charmer who plays his flute to prove his claims, Pratha starts turning into a Naagin.

Rudra directs Prathna to conduct an interview with Maha Sapera. However, when Prathna arrives at the Raat Mahal to complete her task, Maha Sapera captures her and forces her to transform into a Shesh Naagin.

Rudra and Prathna attend a charity event to complete their media project. However, Anmol also arrives at the same event with her family, and seeing Prathna there, she confronts her.

An assailant appears at the charity event and kills the minister. When the attacker throws an explosive at Anmol, Prathna transforms into a Naagin to save her.

Prathna turns into her Naagin form and rescues the professor when some goons attack him. However, she fails to remember the incident after she turns back into her real self.

Zang plans to destroy the country and sends Jungasur to assassinate the Shesh Naagin. However, when Jungasur attacks Prathna and Jeet, Pratha decides to rescue them from danger.

As Pratha is about to shape shift, she notices another Shesh Naagin attacking Jungasur. Without realizing that it is her daughter, Pratha joins in as a Naagin and helps in killing Jungasur.

Pratha learns that Prathna is her biological daughter. Meanwhile, Prathna learns about Manav's evil intentions after overhearing his phone call with Zhang. However, Manav deviously attacks Prathna when she confronts him

Prathna is heartbroken to find out that Mahek has killed Pratha, Rishabh, and Rudra. She performs their last rites and tells Mahek that she will never let her have the nine jewels and disappears into the ground.

The Vasuki mani gets stolen by a mysterious snake when Prathna performs her puja.The snake releases Vishakha Naagin who resurrects Maheck.

Prathna becomes suspicious about Raghu. She finds him talking to Maheck and feels betrayed.

Prathna saves Shesha's life with the help of the payal and naagmani. Shesha betrays her by stabbing her and Vish, Maheck , Seema , Shesha steal the payal and naagmanis and leave.

A fire breaks out in the jewelry store where people are stuck inside; Raghu being present there, decides to save everyone and transforms into sheshnaag. Meanwhile, Prathna is there, too, trying to protect people from the fire.

Unknown to Purvika being her daughter, Prathna meets her and praises her. Later, Raghu confronts Prathna and asks about Purvika but lateral challenges him to find her.

Prathna promises to cherish Purvika forever. Raghu demands that Prathna return Purvika and accuses her of bringing misfortune. However, Prathna binds Raghu in a Nagapaash and takes Purvika away.

Meher defends Prathna and reveals the truth to Raghu, but Trisha manipulates him and blames Prathna. Later, Prathna saves Raghu and his family from coming in their true form in front of humans.

Raghu regains consciousness and gets into funny banter with Prathna. Later, Prathna grows suspicious and suspects the culprit from their house.

Professor Jeet cleverly convinces Prathna and makes her believe in his facts. Prathna gets delighted to see him back, but little does she knows about his evil intention.

As Ajay and Swarna go on a date, Ajay sees Mehek with Professor Jeet and learns his truth. Meanwhile, Raghu assures Prathna of fighting their enemies together and saving their country.

Prathna gets concerned about the injured citizens and decides to save them at all costs. Later, Prathna and Raghu make the brave decision to sacrifice their powers in order to protect the country from Professor Jeet's attack.

Prathna and Raghu must identify their next successor and pass on the Naag Mani, otherwise, their lives would be in jeopardy. In addition, they have a 24-hour deadline to locate a suitable substitute.
