Star is a young girl from Manchester who suffers from brittle bones which she has broken many times. Despite this she goes on a school trip to Paris with the aim of climbing the stairs to the top of the Eiffel Tower while her mother and sister at home await news of her progress.

Three teenage girls, one from Macclesfield and two from Sheffield, explain how boxing has transformed their lives and helped give them confidence and overcome problems.
