Mark (Kelsey Flower), a socially awkward, unconfident, well-intentioned landlord, attempts to assimilate himself into the dating world while working past the demons in his head. When Jessica (Jessica Wiebe), a sweet and fun new girl moves in to his building, Mark attempts to rid himself of his rude, sarcastic, and not to mention, super hot imaginary girlfriend (Maxine Tamoto). But as we soon learn, breaking up is hard to do...especially when they're in your head. What happens to the girl of your dreams when you meet the REAL girl of your dreams?

Mark attempts to get to know Jessica, but can he quiet the voice in his head long enough to close the deal?

When Jessica makes a spontaneous visit, Lily tries to psyche Mark out by convincing him that it's a booty call.

When Mark's cousin Jeremy (Tony Giroux) visits from out of town, Mark is gaga over his "cool guy" lifestyle. But Lily is not so impressed. After a night of heavy drinking, Mark lowers his inhibitions and gets caught in an embarrassing situation.

Mark, fed up dealing with Lily, attempts to rid himself of her for good. While out with Jessica, he makes a big move that could change their relationship...or at least he thinks so.
