Disappointed with his son's lack of knowledge, Sakaki's father sends him back to high school. Since he's a 27 year old man wearing a school boy's uniform as a disguise, some of the students and faculty seem a tad suspicious.

Sakaki volunteers to be a class representative. He figures that will win the admiration of girls plus help teach him how to run a criminal empire.

Sakaki is trying to figure out how to pass the semester exam. He narrows the choices down to bribery,stealing the test, or relying on his gambling skills.

Sakaki waxes philosophical as he attends summer school. Failure means he loses the boss promotion to his brother. He has other reasons for attending, but he can't figure out what they are.

Sakaki, feeling a sudden uncontrollable love for Umemura, flees her side during a class "Test of Courage". Now the entire class, including her, thinks he's a lowly coward.

Sakaki's classmates get his cell number and are texting him during gang meetings. Then things get worse: there's a pudding crisis.

Sakaki experiences the trauma of a first date with Umemura.
