Interpol agent Morgan Hunter-Brown is sent to Italy to get Veltri an Italian money launderer. Fellow agent Dorff gets political prisoner Parviz Vaziree from jail as the key witness. Arriving Winson Green prison stirs a number enemies.

Rival of Parviz Vaziree, Farshid is found dead of a stroke, in telephone box. Morgan Hunter-Brown discovers names of a cell in which only three are still living so requests autopsy. Sasan, who is on the list is thrown under a train.

Farshid's autopsy shows that he was murdered. A witness claims Sasan was thrown in front of a train. Hunter-Brown wants to know why Parviz Vaziree is being used as bait. Laleh escapes with her life when two assassins break in her home.
Sep 27, 1985
Low level Interpol liaison Joseph Dorff gets Hunter-Brown removed from the case. Hunter-Brown and Laleh head for Milan where she survives another attempt on her life. The CIA have arranged to meet Parviz and Shaheenee and kill them.
Oct 04, 1985
Veltri is a Russian asset working with Shaheenee but Roundy has the assassin kill the Arab. Annie helps Parviz breaks free from jail but he is killed by the CIA. Hunter-Brown plans for Roundy to die, at the frontier by his own assassin.
