III. Mehmet died in 1603. The throne is ready for Ahmed. Anastasia is kidnapped from country by Nasuh Pasa. Mustafa said ''I won't kill my brother.'' Anastasia meets Alex. At the end of the first section Anastasia meets Sultan Ahmed.

Halime Sultan escapes from the palace with Prince Mustafa. But it is captured by Sahin Giray. Sultan Ahmed decides to murder his brother. Anastasia will fight with Mahfiruze. Mustafa escapes death at the last minute.

Janissaries revolts. They want reserves. Safiye Sultan will bid to give gold. Ahmed does not accept it. Janissaries are appeased by Aziz Mahmut Hudayi. Reyhan Aga kill the chief physician. Anastasia sees it. Reyhan Aga catches Anastasia. And throws it into the sea. Golge Hatun rescues Anastasia. Sultan Ahmed met with Alex.

Anastassia's father arrives at the Empire as a Venetian trader looking for her, right at a time when she finally makes up her mind to stay next to Sultan Ahmet from now on. Therefore Ahmet names her Kösem, meaning guide or pathfinder.

Mehmed Giray preparing for death. Anastasia is trying to escape from the palace. Ahmed comes to the edge of death.

Sultan Ahmed caught smallpox. Safiye Sultan, make a deal with Halime Sultan. Prince Mustafa is preparing to ascend the throne. But he is sick. Anastasia is fighting for love.

For the first time during the Ottomans' Imperial Era, a noble lady protects the throne room by leading and commanding a resistance in order to rebuff the riots, when the emperor is away from the capital.

Viceroy Dervish Pasha sets up his final attack inside the empire against Safiye Sultan's supporters Mehmet Giray Khan and Zülfikar Aga, while Handan Sultan fails to stop Kösem Sultan from revealing a past scandal to Sultan Ahmed's knowledge that leads Hagi Aga to change sides. Hagi Aga learns about the forbidden love affair between Dervish Pasha and Handan Sultan, before Kösem blackmails Handan Sultan with the execution of the viceroy.

After the huge revolt of Janisarries because of Sultan Osman flamed by Halime Sultan, Dilruba Sultan and Davut Pasha, Kösem Sultan finally settles peace by getting revenge on her enemies and enthrones Shehzade Murad and announces herself as the official regent of the empire.
