When a brutally murdered body is found in the Thames, DI Moses Jones is put on the case by his superiors at Scotland Yard simply because of his ethnic heritage and paired with DS Dan Twentyman. The pair meets with a wall of silence from the local community, until they are offered a clear lead from a very unlikely source. (from DVD cover)

Moses returns to the brothel to find a crucial piece of evidence which points the finger at a famous sports commentator, Frank Costello. Moses and Dan feel unsupported by Scotland Yard and, when the wave of violence gets out of hand, they fear they are dealing with a killer even more sinister than they first thought. (from DVD cover)

The case becomes personal for Moses and he tries to protect Joy but in doing so, he puts her in extreme danger. The police arrest Costello but Moses goes missing and the wave of terror reaches fever pitch.
