With numerous states like California severely strapped for cash, might the answer really be the legalization, and taxation, of Marijuana? Morgan explores the highs and lows of the entire medical Marijuana industry as he works in a dispensary.

It is estimated that over 10 million guns were sold in the US last year; couple that with the 10,000 deaths by gunfire, including headline-grabbing catastrophes like Colorado, and it is clear we have an epidemic that refuses to go away. To explore the issue of gun control, Morgan embeds in the world of gun dealers, culminating with a trip to the largest gun show in America.

As states like Arizona crack down on illegal immigrants, Morgan joins the plight of the more than 1.3 million migrant workers that move from state to state each year, desperately in search of work and a safe place away from authorities.

How does money influence education, even at the public school level? When it comes to their education, how disadvantaged are kids who grow up poor? Morgan substitute teaches at two public schools within walking distance of each other, one that is zoned for a wealthy town, and one that is zoned for the inner city.

To explore the complexities of dying in America, Morgan volunteers for an 'end of life' care organization. Our current Medicare debate, rising health care costs, and the systemic practice of prolonging life by any means necessary have made this an issue that every American must face.

Morgan goes to work for a bankrupt municipality and explores up close what severe budget cuts mean to a city. Morgan will spend a day in each of the city's departments - from the Mayor's staff of one, and the fire department that has cut it's size by 90%, to the sanitation department that doesn't have the manpower to keep up with garbage removal.
