Emotions run high and Staten Island is rife with gossip, lies, and misunderstandings. In this world, you never know what's around the corner - or when an old family connection may resurface to shake everything up.

Feeling like it's now or never Drita decides to sit down with Renee to hash out their issues, but new information shifts Drita's anger towards Natalie and she decides to address it head on. To add to her stress, Renee deals with her son AJ's reckless behavior and begins to worry about his well-being.

Karen and Natalie continue to face off at Big Ang's party igniting an even bigger rivalry between them. After the mayhem at her bar Ang is fed up with the girls and seeks some much needed advice from an unexpected source.

Ang and Renee try to put their differences aside with the help of Ang's surprise guest at their long awaited sit-down. While Natalie tries to inch her way closer to the Staten Island circle by making a move to New York, Karen's boyfriend Storm tries to inch his way back to her heart by trying to prove his loyalty to her.

Renee begins to spiral out of control after hearing of her ex husband's latest betrayal and her son's unexpected accident that lands him in an emergency room. Drita introduces the Staten Island circle to Philadelphia local Nat D at a magazine release party from her latest gig. Meanwhile, a Philly rivalry begins to brew as Natalie G digs deeper into the new girl's personal life.

After Renee and Ang's unexpected brawl at Drita's party, Karen attempts to play mediator in order to get the core Staten Island crew back together. While Ang tries to turn her attention to her new home, Natalie takes some time to focus on her business and the relationships with the men in her life. Karen digs deeper into new girl Nat D's motives and quickly discovers that she may have a trusted ally where she least expected it.

Drita works on promoting her Lady Boss makeup line by organizing a photoshoot for her old school gangster themed calendar. Meanwhile, Ang tries to keep her son AJ in line after his long awaited release from Rikers Island jail. Karen and Renee's hatred toward Natalie continues to grow as the social media war spirals out of control.

The fiery feud between Karen and Natalie continues to reach new heights causing irreparable damage in the Staten Island circle. While Renee gets word that her ex husband has been sentenced, Drita finds out some new incriminating information about her Philly friend Natalie. Things get heated at Drita's calendar party when Renee receives a text message from an unexpected source.

Renee throws a party for the one year anniversary of her fashion line where a surprise guest shows up. Drita prepares her family for a long overdue vacation while also playing middle man between enemies. Meanwhile in Arizona, Karen tries to balance her issues with her ex while working on her risky business venture. Ang attempts to gather the girls for an elaborate Thanksgiving dinner in hopes that Renee and Natalie can make amends and leave their ongoing feud behind them.

Drita isn't entirely sold on the new Natalie and makes a decision once and for all which Philly friend she intends to be loyal to. Natalie and her boyfriend London turn to couples therapy to try and iron out their differences and plan for their future while Renee reunites with a longtime friend from her past.

Nat D's boyfriend makes a chilling and unexpected appearance at her home. Meanwhile, Renee decides to take her newfound peace to the next level. Karen receives a letter from her father causing her to work harder towards his early release from prison. Drita continues to maintain her loyalty to Natalie, but is pushed to the edge after her sit-down with Nat D.

Drita struggles to keep calm after discovering Natalie's deceitful ways. Renee decides to throw a party to celebrate her spiritual cleansing and invites all the girls to join. The two Natalies nearly come face to face at Renee's party, but some unexpected guests fuel the feud and disturb the celebration.

New accusations are thrown and alliances are shifted in part one of the epic two part reunion, hosted by Vivica Fox. Drita, Renee, Ang, Karen, and Natalie sit down for an explosive look back at the past season.

Vivica Fox hosts as Nat D joins Drita, Renee, Ang, Karen, and Natalie for part two of the fiery reunion. The cast continues to look back at the past season and the two Philadelphia Natalie's finally come face-to-face to hash out their season long battle.
