Nobody believes Squirt when he tells them that he met a bug so small it can't be seen, not even his parents; Shimmer become interested in playing the bugpipes, but then secretly changes interests to dancing.

Bounce is reluctant to try new things during a day trip led by Grandma Betty and Uncle Gus; Holley leads Squirt, Bounce and Snowdrop on a trip to the top of Big Tree to earn their Bug Scout wings.

After discovering a way to fly, Squirt becomes a real hero; Squirt returns as Captain Sunny Patch and helps Wiggle to be heroic as well.

Dragon pretends to have the bug flu to get out of going to a party he believes will be boring; Squirt finds himself missing things because he loses track of the time.

Shimmer struggles with a school project about her family; a new stunt goes awry for Squirt.

Squirt faces a dilemma when promises to be in two places at once; Spindella buggysits the kids when Holley and Miss Spider have out a night on the town for their anniversary.

Dragon finds a pair of lost glasses; Shimmer and Squirt are placed together on a log when they have trouble resolving an argument.

Snowdrop tries moving with less legs when it seems like having eight is too many; Squirt becomes too invested in friendly competition.

Spindella's niece comes to visit, but it takes a while for Squirt to warm to the idea of playing with her; Shimmer tells a story to get help her siblings get to sleep during a storm.

When a new family of frogs moves into their Taddy Puddle, several of Miss Spider's little bugs secretly befriend the frog Felix. Meanwhile, Spiderus, worried by the "invasion," creates the Anti-Frog Squad.

Spiderus starts an Anti-Frog squad, which places the kids' new friend Felix in danger.

Having spent the night at the Cozy Hole, it's time for Felix the frog to return home. He expresses a desire, however, to stay, worried that his parents don't love him as he is.

When Miss Spider's adopted daughter Shimmer learns she may be a long-lost jewel beetle princess, she hatches a plan to fly to Mushroom Glen to discover her true origins.
