Fredrik takes on a beautifully renovated penthouse listing where the owners have tremendously overspent on upgrades. In the same building, Steve hustles to sell his ex-girlfriend's color-challenged apartment and her next-door-neighbor's unit in record time. Meanwhile, Ryan has to get creative to sell out a Brooklyn building for a first-time developer or else his client could lose everything. Plus, sparks fly when Ryan confronts Steve about his behavior at the real estate panel.

Fredrik takes on the listing for 50 Cent's massive Connecticut estate, and throws an epic broker's open to entice buyers from the city. Meanwhile, Ryan has a chance at the biggest listing of his career but only if he can get to Shanghai in time. Steve takes on a stale penthouse listing in Brooklyn Heights, with a co-lister whose inexperience may be more trouble than it's worth.

Ryan hits a major speed bump in his attempt to get to Shanghai with a billion dollars in business on the line. Fredrik continues his quest to sell 50 Cent's mega mansion in Connecticut, but tensions with his co-lister put a potential deal in jeopardy. Steve gets a chance to work for a dream client selling a west side unit with a massive terrace, but when a new building blocks his river view, his chances of selling may be sunk.

When a deal unexpectedly falls through, Steve's solution for getting the unit sold may end up draining his bank account while Fredrik launches a NoHo development with a creative but risky marketing campaign.
