Ray reluctantly becomes a Scout Master, and proceeds to get himself lost in the woods, eventually involving the whole community in the search, but he has an embarrassing secret. One of the funniest episodes.

Dean Bradley gives Prof. McNulty the task of organizing the annual faculty dinner dance. He hires some entertainment, but at the last minute they cancel and McNulty is forced to use a seedy talent agency--which sends over an Arabian burlesque act.

Professor McNulty is surprised to find a baby deposited in his automobile. Not knowing what to do with the infant Ray tries to surrender the child to an orphanage. He encounters numerous obstacles in doing so.

Professor McNulty receives an anonymous note from someone expressing their affection for the instructor. McNulty suspects one of his students and must handle the situation delicately.

The McNultys receive a unexpected tax windfall and decide to spend the money a shade tree. Ray and Peggy find themselves on the receiving end of unwanted advice plus encountering numerous property restrictions.

When the swimming coach falls ill McNulty is asked to substitute for an important Lynnhaven meet. Ray finds the star athlete unmotivated due an unsatisfactory romance. Peggy and Ray step in to mend matters of the heart.
