A medivac has been called: two of the team from Bethlehem West's emergency department, Wayne and Bree, chopper out to the remote Glasshouse mountain range where they winch down to their critically injured hiker.

With Arch threatening to tell the others of Red's past, and Julia having resigned, Red is faced with a department in crisis.
