Matthew talks about his observations of the child actors, scheduling procedures, and craft service during the production of Criminal Minds. He describes a close friendship with co-star Shemar Moore, whom he feels a deep "affinity" for. When interviewed, Shemar offers a differing experience with Matthew on set.

Members of the production staff, consultants, and writers describe what it's like to work with Matthew. Executive producer Simon Mirren later confronts the young actor about a strange photograph taken during Matthew's modeling career.

Matthew rationalizes his kleptomaniac behavior on set. A Christmas celebration takes place, and Matthew has a little too much to drink.

Matthew revisits the topic of how smooth he is with the women working behind the scenes of Criminal Minds. Matthew notices that co-star A.J. Cook is expecting a child, which he fears could be his, although she refutes his presumption with the fact that they have never been alone together. When conversing with the recently-hired Paget Brewster about A.J. being pregnant, he takes an unusual approach to take their professional relationship to the next level. Matthew later confronts guest star Jason Alexander over past controversy surrounding his previous work on Seinfeld.

In response to the controversial footage released by the "hateful and spiteful" Andy Swan, Matthew claims he is a victim of selective editing and camera trickery. Anton Yelchin, a promising actor who played Nathan Harris in Season Two of Criminal Minds, comes to his defense.
