1923. A stage actress suffered near-fatal injuries and her wound healed in four hours. She is a vampire and the Special Forces Major Maeda has to deal with her. Will he be able to accomplish his mission?

Aoi Shirase for the Nitto Newas, investigates on human burning rumor, namely vampires exposed to sunlight. In the meantime Colonel Maeda starts working with Code Zero, a vampire squad.

Yamagami and Kurusu reflect on their new vampiric lives as it sinks in that they are now legally dead. Meanwhile, the army brass pressure Maeda and Nakajima for results, aiming to cut funding for Code Zero.

Kurusu still struggles to use his vampire powers in combat as Code Zero investigates a series of strange deaths in the Yoshiwara red-light district.
