Following CJ's departure for graduate school, Scarlett decides to turn The Mansion into a boarding house for supernatural creatures. Sir Remington Farnsfield, a ghost that haunted the premises for 200 years before Scarlett helped him move on, returns to stay. Unfortunately, another new resident, Dr. Victor Frank...alin has decided to capture him with the intention of conducting experiments on him.

Scarlett allows a mysterious woman and her sinister maid become to boarders in The Mansion. All seems well until Sgt. Wednesday starts acting even odder than usual. And what's up with the zombie-like pizza delivery guy? And why does the woman never seem hungry for dinner?

Scarlett decides to show Metropolis. The title of the film makes Adam decide to play Superman, running afoul of neighbor Myron Bushell, a cross town bus and an innocent bystander. Will Scarlett be able to bring him back down to Earth, or will Sgt. Wednesday cart him off to jail?

A strange woman with psychic powers named Miranda comes to The Mansion seeking a place to live. Meanwhile, since Imelda is off shopping, Circe tries to get Scarlett to do her bidding, without success. Later, Sgt. Wednesday stops by to investigate the disappearance of the pizza delivery guy who was last seen with Circe.
