In the first episode, Pyke takes a look at a traditional Japanese craft being practiced in Mima city: wagasa, or Japanese umbrellas.

Pyke visits a location in Mima that has a deep connection with the Netherlands: the De Rijke dam. There, he runs in to Udatsumaru.

Pyke chases Udatsumaru into an Edo-period house filled with flowers.

Pyke visits the Anmitsukan, a flower company/flower exhibition space in Mima.
