A new window causes a stir, he's taken with Maggie, but Mrs P is taken with him.

Mrs P is concerned for Maggie's welfare, she follows her to School to ensure her welfare, where she meets Mr Dobson.

Maggie meets a new man, a teacher fired on his first day, Mrs P is I'll in bed.

Maggie is still not over Dicky, she goes to extreme measures to learn more about his girl, and hopefully move on.

Maggie is heartbroken after Dicky, a new neighbour encourages her to have some fun, and stop caring.

Virginia convinces Maggie that she needs the security of an older man, so she convinces her to go on a date with Mr Prewett, who runs the local Laundrette.

Mrs P needs £50 to repay her cousin back, she asks for Maggie's help, Maggie is also short, but puts a card in the local shop window offering her services.
