Jillian has issues marrying new with old in Charmaine and Cam's aging heritage house, while Todd finds nothing charming about the search for a lakeside character home. A big twist has Charmaine and Cam choosing the perfect fit.

A car accident injury leaves Becca and Cory coping with their home's accessibility issues. Can Jillian fix the function of the space and make it their forever home, or will Todd find them a rancher with a view to inspire a move?

It's space vs. waste at Samia and Darren's large, but lacklustre home. Darren thinks a Jillian re-vamp will fix their bad layout and 70's inspired interior while Samia hopes Todd finds a house that's less funky and more functional.

Newlyweds Kristin and Bryce are split over their house. Kristin hopes Jillian's open-concept magic will make it their dream home while Bryce wants Todd to find a bigger house on a safer street with room to grow.

Marc is done with all the DIY projects in his family's cramped fixer-upper, while Lisa loves the location and sees its potential. Jillian creates a storage-lover's dream, while Todd tempts them to move with a park-like property.

Jamie and Jarrett love their yard and pool, but the list ends there for Jarrett. He wants Todd to find them more space with better function, but Jamie says all they need is Jillian to transform their bad layout and awful bathrooms.

Mel wants a turnkey house closer to the city, but Geoff is firmly rooted in their suburban home. Can Todd find a "right-sized" place to lure Geoff into town or will Jillian win them back with a dreamy open-concept living space?

Newlywed Shar loves her husband, Dave, but not his house. It's got an old, rundown kitchen and hideous en suite, and it's making her blue.

After living away for ten years, Kelly and Gene don't recognize their neglected home trashed by renters. Jillian thinks an amazing kitchen and spa-like bathroom ill do the trick, but Todd tempts with a downsized home and simpler lifestyle.
