Tonio Fortebracci decides to renounce her role as godfather of Sirenuse to safeguard Antonia, her daughter, the only person who survived her family, exterminated by the Mafia. She decides to deal with her American cousins a load of drugs that could produce billions of dollars and seem easy. But when tonight Tonio comes to meet Tom to conclude the deal, the godfather presents her to Carmela and points to a gun ready to kill him, determined to avenge his wife's honor.

Carmela forces Lee to deliver Tonio's daughter Antonia to blackmail him, to take possession of the drug load from Sicily and eventually kill her father and daughter to avenge the death of her brother Fortunato, who believes he was killed by Tonio.Ettore from the jail, knowing that a spy is hidden in his cell thanks to a blow by the prosecutor of Trapani, he decides to throw three false blows to his three cell companions to figure out who he is.

Tonio decides to take the initiative and calls home in May to put up the drug deal and free himself and his daughter Antonia, but with great surprise on the other end of the phone he feels the voice of the redeem.
