Blythe Baxter moves to the big city above the Littlest Pet Shop. She finds out she can talk to the pets in the shop and must save the shop from closing and turning into a sweet shop.

In order to save the pet shop from closing, Blythe hosts a fashion show for the pets.

Blythe makes a bad mistake while cutting Zoe's hair. Meanwhile, the pets urge Minka to pursue fame with her art.

Zoe sees her sister locked inside Largest Ever Pet Shop, and enlists Blythe's and the rest of the pets' help to retrieve her.

Pepper is unaware that her new stand-up comedy show routine might be offending the other pets; meanwhile, Blythe is persuaded to become friends with the Biskit twins.

Blythe has a hard time accepting that her dad has a date while Penny struggles with admitting she does not like the outfit Blythe is making for her.
