Tade's lazy morning is interrupted when she realizes she's late for an interview at Leon Towers. She finally makes it there and ends up being interviewed by the CEO, Leo Afamdi Igwe who ends up offering her a PA job instead of the business development manager role she applied for.

Dami and Cris have an awkward conversation about marriage and kids when she pressures him to talk to his sister. Tade returns to Leon Tower's to take the PA job and Leo welcomes her with a gift while Emelda reads her a seemingly well-practised onboarding speech. Leo later gives Tade a little black book to use as his personal journal.

Tade wakes up to her first day at Leon Towers and things couldn't be going worse. Later in the day, Tade starts to see different sides of her boss as he takes business meetings and entertains friends. At the end of the day, Leo invites Tade to an important event.

Chris finds the courage to tell Dami he wants to quit his job but it doesn't go down well with her. Tade and Leo attend the Eko Future City Cocktail event where they run into Gladys right before a shocking announcement that throws Leo's plans out the window.

Tade walks in on Leo and Peace and she struggles to focus at work. Leo pays Gladys and unexpected visit and we see just how much anger she has been harboring against him. It becomes clear that things aren't looking up for Leo anytime soon and Tade's growing discomfort continues to increase.

Leo makes a fast recovery with the help of Tade. She reveals some personal secrets to him and things also get heated between them.

Tade and Leo's relationship takes an interesting turn while Gladys doubles up on her efforts to blackmail Leo. Dami shocks Tade with some big news but it doesn't go down the way she expected it to.

Dami has a heart to heart with Tade and opens up to Chris. His reaction is completely different from what she expected. Gladys is still plotting and Madeline has failed to get out from under her.

Tade eases in to her new position as Business Development Manager and Leo reaches out to an old friend, Nansel. Tade makes a big mistake and Dami and Chris' relationship seems to have reached a difficult place.

Leo and Gladys team up to take on the Eko Future City Deal but this end with Leo being forced to make a big decision. Dami and Chris find themselves at a crossroads again and Tade realizes the importance of being there for your friends.

Leo gets his company in order after taking a big hit from Gladys. Leo and Tade find themselves closer than ever and Tade reconciles with Dami.

Tade takes her job back as Leo's PA but sets boundaries and we take a deep dive into Leo's mind.
