Join them on their journey as they discover authentic Spanish cuisine and immerse themselves in Spanish culture and the arts while discussing the issues that women face as we age; offering you solutions for a happier and healthier lifestyle. Over 7 days, our cast of 7 women will ride the hills of Mallorca with only 3 months to prepare themselves. We begin our adventure by fueling up with Antonio Hidalgo, owner and chef at Reserva Iberica.

After arriving at Read's Hotel, their final destination in Mallorca, the cast embarks on a new life adventure. The day of the first big ride is at hand. All of their hard work is finally tested.

The cast of Life Matters face their fears and move toward conquering mountains: both real and perceived and realize more than ever, that it's important never to take life for granted.

Community can take many forms. What we thought was important in younger years may not be as important as it is now. We focus on community, relationships and the importance of friendship.

We always have the opportunity to embark on new adventures; it's up to us to brave them. We must face our fears, understand the limits we have set for ourselves and defy them.

Trying new things is way more fun when you have friends to do it with. The women dip their toes into Spanish culture by trying to learn Flamenco and turns out, it's harder than it looks.

The women learn how to prepare one of Spain's legendary, most mouthwatering dishes: Paella. A comer y provecho!

The women discover that no matter how well you plan, accidents still happen.

Cannonballs are not only for children. There's nothing like jumping into the Mediterranean after some delicious fresh squeezed orange juice and a harrowing ride down a narrow mountain road full of hairpin turns.

Having friends to support when you struggle through life changes is even more important as women age.
