Claude and her friends use one of Will's many party invitations to plan a big night out in New York; Kipp finds himself on the guest list for a bizarre bash. Patrick Warburton guest stars.

Sparks fly when Claude reconnects with her high-school crush; Kipp and Lydia fight over an expensive shampoo; Carl bullies people into using his suggestion box.

Claude is throwing her first Thanksgiving for all her friends. Owen's two lesbian moms (Valerie Harper and Joanna Kerns) come to visit and share the holiday. The only problem is that his moms have always assumed that Owen is gay. Hoping to keep up the ruse, Owen asks his friends to play along, including asking Carl to pose as his lover. Meanwhile, Lydia and Kipp both get invited to Will's Thanksgiving party, where Kipp is briefly the star attraction.

Office rumors swirl around Carl and Claude after a spontaneous dinner date; to curb her outrageous spending habits, Lydia enlists Ramona as her financial adviser.

Will tells Claude to fire his interior decorator, but she does not feel equal to the task; Owen and Carl disclose to each other that their fantasy girlfriend is Lydia.

Claude takes on the task of shopping for all of Will's Christmas presents for staff and for his girlfriend.

Claude discovers she is not the only one Will has asked to write his public service announcement; while in the men's washroom, Owen and Carl meet "Good Morning America" weatherman Tony Perkins.

When Kipp stirs up a competition with Claude over whether Jeb is a better boss than Will, it escalates until Kipp discovers that Jeb's job is in jeopardy. Meanwhile, Carl gets a thermostat installed in Owen and Ramona's office, which Ramona demands that Owen keeps set on high heat.... leading Owen and Carl to hatch a revenge scheme that goes awry.

Claude drinks a little too much on her date with a sophisticated new producer - William Ragsdale; Will tries to use former NBA player Bill Walton to intimidate Carl into trading a player on his fantasy team.

A teenager falls in love with Claude; Carl, Owen, and Ramona plan to grow tomatoes on a plot of land near Jeb's office.

Owen and Ramona advise Claude to make her place look posher before Mitch arrives for dinner; Kipp's mother - Lesley Ann Warren, drops in to see an old flame, Will Butler.

Claude's new boyfriend uses his influence to have Lydia moved to another floor; a beautiful nurse - Brooke Burke, tricks Carl into donating blood.

Carl is irate when he finds out Claude wrecked his car and lied about why she needed to borrow it; to Lydia's dismay, Jeb hires Kipp as his assistant.

A ban on office dating has Claude and Mitch questioning whether they can date and work together.

Claude takes over the office newsletter and enlists her coworkers as writers, assigning Owen the task of reviewing Eddie the sandwich guy; Kipp takes over the gossip column.

Will hires Claude's best friend as his personal assistant, despite her lack of qualifications for the job; Jeb and Lydia think Kipp is losing his mind.

Owen tries to cheer up a heartbroken Claude with a game of "Pimp Hat," where everyone picks a name out of a hat and dresses that person up.

Claude tries to convince Jeb to propose to Lydia in order to get Lydia to quit her job and stay home.
