While Peter Parker is starting twelfth grade, he re-unites with his uncle's killer, Cletus Kasady, and locks him up. Peter is trying to deal with his uncle's death, while spending time with his girlfriend, Gwen Stacy. But Cletus won't stay locked up forever.

Adrian Toomes' bail has just been paid, so the first thing he has to do is kill his nemesis, Spider-Man, but he has to make some upgrades. Meanwhile, Peter Parker and Gwen Stacy re-unite with their longtime friend, Harry Osborn.

The Green Goblin is back to challenge Spider-Man, and figures out who Spider-Man really is. Peter Parker tries to attend his sick girlfriend, Gwen Stacy, but is too busy with Green Goblin.

Oscorp needs to get a new CEO, now that Norman Osborn has been imprisoned, meanwhile, the Sandman has returned, and Spider-Man must stop him.

One of Hulk's greatest nemesis' General Thunderbolt Ross/Red Hulk is hired to kill Spider-Man, Hulk has a difficult time fighting Red Hulk, how will Spider-Man fair up?

After Curt Conners' wife dies, he decides to grow his arm back successfully. But he ends up turning back into the Lizard, giving our wall-crawler a pretty difficult time.

Spider-Man and Kraven get into a brawl, and eventually, Kraven finally won. He kidnaps Peter, and proves his superiority to him, as Kraven has finally fulfilled his hunt. But Peter Parker is missing, so his girlfriend, Gwen Stacy, and his best friend, Harry Osborn, go looking for him.

Spider-Man is not always a big time superhero, stopping super-villains, he's also a hero for the people, and stops for the little things. A photographer named Phil Urich needs Spider-Man's help, and Spider-Man as a 'Friendly Neighbourhood Spider-Man' helps him out.

Spider-Man has had to fight the Green Goblin many times, and now there's a new goblin with Green Goblin's tech called: "The Hobgoblin", Peter needs to find out if Norman's behind this, and try to defeat Hobgoblin.

Doctor Octopus has escaped from captivity once again, so it's up to Spider-Man and the police to stop him. But will they be enough to stop him, and could anyone die at the hands of Doc Ock?

New York resident Mac Gargan is late on his rent, and is desperate for money, and when J. Jonah Jameson offers 200,000 dollars to kill Spider-Man, Mac has no choice but to accept, and becomes one of Spider-Man's deadliest villains, the Scorpion.

Peter Parker and Gwen Stacy are hiding from the police, whilst Hobgoblin is back causing crime and chaos, so it's up to Spider-Man to take him out.

Green Goblin has escaped from the Raft, and decides to go kill Spider-Man, but he runs into Hobgoblin, and he isn't too happy on the fact that Hobgoblin stole everything he made. Meanwhile, the police try to arrest Gwen, so Peter has to save her from them.

Gwen gets put into prison for attacking cops, and has to try and survive six months in prison. Meanwhile, Ned Leeds and Betty Brant's relationship starts to become more romantic. Whilst all this is happening, Hobgoblin and Spider-Man get into another fight.

Kraven's brother, Dmitri Smerdyakov comes to New York, and bails him out of jail. And after Spider-Man has locked up Kraven several times, Dmitri goes after him as the Chameleon.

Morris and Mark Bench were construction workers, until Green Goblin went to their construction site and threw them into electrified water. Mark died, but Morris survived. Morris blames Spider-Man for not saving him and his brother, so he decided to kill him with his new water powers and calls himself: Hydro-Man.

The Punisher is out on the look for one of his enemies, Tombstone. Spider-Man decides to help Punisher, so they work together to take down Tombstone.

There's a new villain in town called Mr. Negative who Spider-Man has to stop, and at the same time, Silvermane and Silver Sable from Symkaria are going to try and kill them. So, Spider-Man must fight Mr. Negative, Silvermane and Silver Sable.

After a run-in with Shocker, Spider-Man finds out that Hobgoblin's back, and isn't Ned Leeds. So, Spider-Man must find out who Hobgoblin really is, and stop him once and for all.

Peter Parker thought that he would enjoy his weekend, until Venom came to him and told him he's preparing something big for him. So, he has to figure out what that is and survive whatever Venom throws at him.

Mark Raxton is a new student at Midtown High, and becomes friends with Peter Parker, Gwen Stacy and Harry Osborn. Harry shows Mark Oscorp, when an Oscorp employee, Alistar Smythe injects Mark with a needle, that turns him into Molten Man.

After Spider-Man puts Kraven in his cell, a new villain called: The Beetle shows up to face Spider-Man. Spider-Man has to defeat this new villain, but it will be difficult as his armour is on par with Iron Man's.

Whilst Spider-Man is heading to his graduation, Mysterio finally shows his face, and challenges Spider-Man, only to fail once again. Beck gets taken to prison, but escapes, and Doc Ock forms a team with him consisting of Vulture, Electro, Sandman and Kraven. All six of them will work together to kill Spider-Man.
