Matt McCulla's (Mike's sworn enemy and killer of his wife) girlfriend hides out in Cabo with an incriminating tape that could bring him to justice, Mike and Willis have to rescue her and get the tape.

Chief Ruiz's boss, El Commandante, rolls into town to inspect police operations, with his wife and cockatoo, things get interesting after their luggage is stolen and the bird goes missing.

Mike and Willis agree to help a bounty hunter apprehend a bail jumper; but the bounty hunter turns out to be a drug runner intent on kidnapping a former pilot for one last mission.

Willis strikes up an unlikely romance with a beautiful heiress; but she decides to kidnap him and hold him for money he doesn't have. Mike and Thunder race to find and rescue Willis; but does he need it?

An old girlfriend of Mike's and her terminally ill daughter come to visit. When Willis tells her of a legendary waterfall with medicinal powers, she strikes out on her own to try and find it. It is up to Mike, Willis and Dave to find her.
