It's Christmas time in the lair, which means it's time for Theodore, Santa's elf in charge of Teddy bears to visit the Forgotten Bears. He has come to collect their letters to Santa, but oh no, the Forgotten Bears haven't written them yet. What special Christmas gift will they ask Santa for this year? It's not an easy decision to make, but in the end it's a gift that delivers the joy of Christmas to those who need it the most.

Kobold and Puck have a plan to see into the lair, but to do so they must trick a new Forgotten Bear named Cami to spy on her new friends. The secret Cami is asked to keep doesn't make her feel very good, and lying only makes those feeling worse. Only the truth and believing in true friendship will make everything right again, but first Cami must learn that some secrets aren't good to keep from the ones you love .

Ring Toss made himself a brand new bike and Chatter is excited to take it for a ride, but instead of asking for permission, Chatter takes the bike when no one is looking. After crashing Ring Toss's new bike, Chatter lies to his best friend so not to get in trouble. This lie grows and grows until Chatter is too afraid to face any of his friends. He finds himself at the home of Kobold and Puck, who only make the situation worse. To turn back into himself Chatter must make the tough decision to admit to his mistake and tell his friend the truth.

The Forgotten Bears share scary stories as they make masks . Ring Toss tells the story of FRANKENBEAR. Dr. Frankenbear creates a monster to scare the villagers, but when the monster meets Chatter, the two become friends and the villagers learn you can't judge someone by what they look like, only by what is in their heart. Puppet is DRACUBEAR, a vampire bear who steals fluff during the night. Only this time he's caught by a sweet bear who tells him he doesn't have to steal. All he needs to do is ask nicely and say please.

This episode teaches kids about the dangers of online predators (nasty Trolls). A very special bear named Tami is found in the Fall Forest. While in the lair Tami has a hard time fitting in because she's not cute and fluffy like the other Forgotten Bears. Tami meets a new friend on the internet who says he's weird like her, but this online friend is actually a nasty troll. Kobold and his new band of bad guys trick Tami into leaving the safety of the lair and ask her to do something bad - something to hurt the Forgotten Bears. Only love from real friends will help Tami...
