One year after the deaths of every single superhero on Earth, a wayward heroine in Rocio Hernandez (aka La Verdad) returns, tormented by the hell she endured while "away."

Hell-bent on preventing future attacks by Lazarus, Mayor Bishop reluctantly looks to forge an unholy alliance.

Salvation's last hope has returned but as a shell of her former self. Now with the help of a mysterious stranger, Rocio Hernandez (Blanca Gomez) recalls the events which led her to become a true anti-hero.

The downward spiral of an anti-hero continues as Rocio Hernandez, a.k.a. La Verdad, wrestles with a difficult choice: Listen to the advice of her associate, Sketch, and run or offer Bullseye up to a deadly organization of killers known as The Hand.

Following a brutal confrontation with a member of the Hand, Rocio Hernandez finds herself at the mercy of the Kings of Purgatory.

As Rocio continues to recall the events of the past, the truth behind the identity of her mystery man is revealed.

While Rocio deals with Alexander, Mayor Warren Bishop faces his own crossroads. Can his Chief of Staff, Terry Reynolds, set him on the right path?

It's going to be one hell of a long night for Mayor Bishop and his STU agents as Lazarus unleashes an all-out attack.

Moments after the events of the last episode, "Save Me, O God", Warren Bishop (Cody Vaughan) finds himself recalling a past conversation he had with his superhero mother, Cynthia (Tansy Alexander), regarding the rise of Lazarus and his villainous group. Elsewhere, Rocio (Blanca Gomez) comes face-to-face with her former cell mate, Kay (Sourita Siri), as she struggles to cope with the truth behind her miraculous return from Purgatory.

The line between hero and villain becomes blurred as Warren's (Cody Vaughan) quest to bring down the terrorist group known as Lazarus takes a personal turn. Will the people of Salvation be left without a true hero or will the once wayward heroine Rocio (Blanca Gomez) finally step up and accept her new destiny? This is it.
