Sweden's prime minister welcomes the world's most powerful people to Stockholm when a large bomb explodes in the center of Stockholm. And Lena Lagerfelt, former Minister of Justice collects what remains of the government in a shelter.

The commission has just moved into its new premises. And the various authorities are busy with their own and are moderately pleased that yet another authority should try to coordinate and keep track of what they are doing.

A big memorial for the victims seems like a good idea, until it turns out that the group that was hit the hardest won't be represented. And It doesn't get any better when the Prime Minister receives death threats.

Grete and Anne are in Brussels, where Anne gets a solid lesson in diplomacy and Grete is faced with a career-defining decision in an IT matter she has no command of. At home, artisans are going through the Commission's premises.

Can Sweden get a new police Palme fiasco? Not if Grete's international contact is right, then the Commission can find out who was behind the Norrström attack. But all information has a price, and you don't always know what it really costs.

The wanted Chechens have been targeted in almost every municipality in the country. But when it really comes down to it, does the common man have anything to put up with well-trained and armed terrorists?

Does the Prime Minister want to shut down the Commission? Grete and Nils think so, but they have different solutions to what to do about it. Grete launches an advanced media campaign to force Rolf to take a stand for the Commission.

Sweden is preparing for another attack. Among other things through a comprehensive bill, the so-called The Karlsson investigation, which would give the government the opportunity to implement a state of emergency.

Today comes the second attack. The government has called together a crisis team where representatives from the rescue service, the defense, the police and others. are prepared together with the management from the Commission.

Why did the email come from Lena's ex-husband? How IT-savvy are the terrorists really? Where do their resources come from? What do all the African names mean? Uni and Karim start their own small think tank.

The arrested terrorist talks about international justice. About the distribution between rich and poor. About how AIDS is claiming millions of lives in Africa. But did he really kill more than 1,800 people in Stockholm?

When the trial after the Norrström attack ends, the Commission is dissolved and the Constitution Committee is in the process of impeaching its members for misconduct. But then they didn't count on the tireless Grete.
