While preparing for the school festival, Tetsuro's uniform and glasses are destroyed in a painting accident, so Yayoi dresses him up in a girl's uniform. Miya is taken by this fresh-faced newcomer, adopting "Tetsuko Nakata" as her younger sister, and insists that they exchange ribbons.
