The Kidd Video band have their first adventure on the Flipside. The evil Master Blaster has kidnapped Lionel Richie and made all the Flipside citizens prematurely old.

The band is threatened with Master Blaster's zapper, which can switch one's personality from good to evil and vice versa.

After Whiz's act of heroism, he and his friends are taken to the city of Beatburgh, where the Pink Sphynx can grant him one wish.

Whiz bites into some strange fruit, which sends him into a laughing fit that can prove fatal. His only hope is a cure found in Dismal Swamp, guarded by a hideous swamp monster.
