After finally choosing to move forward with her divorce, Khloé seeks solace in Mexico City at the big cat rescue foundation, Black Jaguar White Tiger. Meanwhile, Kris complicates matters by carrying on her own separate correspondence with Lamar. Kylie books her first appearance as an adult at a club in Montreal, where the legal drinking age is 18.

The family flies to St. Bart's to forget their troubles, but drama has a way of following them. Kourtney is distracted when she gets disturbing news about Scott, Kendall has beef with Kylie for bring her boyfriend Tyga, and Kris struggles to get back on Kim's good side.

Knowing her family's history with cancer, Kris wants the girls to take a genetic test to know their risks, but not everyone is on board. Meanwhile Kendall struggles to find a balance in her relationship with Caitlyn. And while Kourtney is out of town on a girl's trip with friends, the family must help Scott as he hits a low point.

Kris decides the family needs "Communication Therapy" when she and the girls continue bicker but her plans backfire when she misses one of the sessions. Meanwhile, Kylie is finally ready to celebrate her new home but her family's bossy ways get in the way of her plans. And, with so many work commitments, Khloé struggles to finish her book.

Kim spearheads the planning for a grand 60th birthday party for Kris but fears she may have taken on too much at nine months pregnant. Scott finally enters rehab, but only time will tell if he is ready to change. And when news of Lamar's hospitalization reaches the family, they rally together to help each other through this difficult time.
