"Trouble saves Nikola's lab and robot Archie from fire and becomes a Jingle City hero! He is appointed The Honorable Jingle City Firefighter. But Nikola is pretty sure that Trouble was actually the one who set his lab on fire, while robot Archie actuall fought the fire! While everyone is busy praising Trouble, Nikola finds a video, proving that Trouble did violate some fire-safety rules.

Jingle City is facing some difficult times! Andy has entered a lengthy avant-garde period. Avant-garde sculptures have been popping up like mushrooms after the rain! Andy is sending out his works of art to his friends (and now Pancho is scared of entering his library at night, because of the huge avant-garde collection that's in there).
