To the astonishment of recruitment agent Idris and carer Ruth, Tim somehow manages to land a job at self-consciously cool greetings card company Anarchy Hamster. Assuming that he is only there to fill a quota, Tim takes full advantage of his 'unsackable' status, only to learn that he, of all people, should know better than to assume.

After stumbling across a charity food bank, Tim becomes embroiled in a lie that spirals completely out of control.

Tim enters the cruel world of online dating, but after meeting a girl he actually hits it off with, he struggles to keep her away from his mad mother and arch-nemesis.

Tim's visa has run out and deportation looms. However after Mum drops a bombshell about Tim's heritage Tim, Ruth and Idris race to Wales to meet Tim's long lost family.
