Nardone is transfered to Milan and learns someone is stealing penicillin.

Nardone is assigned to car thefts and must find out who is stealing cars to provide transportation for the Everywhere Gang.

Trying to identify members of a black market ring, Nardone initiates a phone tap on one of the suspected shopkeepers only to have it result in the death of the phone technician. In addition, an elderly man is found murdered in his home with no sign of a break in. Nardone's relationship with Eliana heats up and the team's investigation moves forward.
