Charlie receives box seat tickets to a Dodger Game and can only take one extra person. Charlie relies on his favorite past time to pick the lucky winner.

The cast tracks Charlie's progress as he works on getting his vintage '47 Caddilac running.

Katie and Tina go thrift shopping and decide to drag Gil along to help him prepare for his 9 year anniversary.

Brandie bonds with her son. Gil tattoos an art lover's original design while Charlie takes on a burn victim who needs a guardian angel.

It's a family affair Katie organizes pizza and games night with the cast. Both caterpillars bring their moms.

Gil celebrates his anniversary with a special surprise.

It's guys versus girls as the staff has a water fight at the park. Gil tattoos criminologist who lost his baby brother while Charlie takes on a high school graduate who was suicidal.

Date night with the Tina and her husband, breast cancer awareness, and new beginnings. Charlie and Katie are up to no good.

Brandie organizes a workout with the staff complete with a special surprise. Caterpillars include a cancer survivor and biker babe who survived a horrific motorcycle accident.

Linked by ink. Gil invites cast for album reveal. The return of a caterpillar's friend to get her first tattoo and Brandie's friend covers a painful scar after 30 years.

After 8 years of an "Ink Therapy" journey, Charlie's going to finally cover Brandie's last burn scar.

Old friends meet again and Katie is in for a few surprises in the season finale.
