Karen is a woman from a middle-class family trying to get by in suburban Singapore. With a mute son and an unemployed husband on the job hunt, she dreams for a better life for herself and her family. But her dreams are about to become nightmares when a spirit comes to haunt her, which threatens to destroy the very fabric of her otherwise happy family.
