A crime syndicate tries to use a boxer's prison past in a blackmail attempt to have him throw a fight. When the fighter refuses his trainer is found dead. Lt. Kirby tries to tie it together to put the killers behind bars.

A friend from the west asks Kirby to investigate a threat to a girl in a nightclub sharpshooting act, which leads to a creepy blind song plugger, blackmail and a few murders.

A beautiful model overhears information that puts her life in danger. Lt. Kirby takes on the task of protecting the young woman and also get to the bottom of the criminal activity unfolding.

Lt. Kirby takes on the assignment when a sailor is severely beaten who then dies. Kirby has few leads until he learns the murdered man gave his girlfriend a fancy powder box shortly before merchant seaman died.

At the scene of a suspicious fire one of Lt. Kirby's friends is severely beaten. Kirby takes on the arson case primarily to find the perpetrator of the assault on his pal.

Lt. Kirby has few leads after a successful bank robbery. A series of incidents lead Kirby to conclude that he needs to resort to grave robbery to break the case.

A pretty young waitress is found murdered and Lt. Kirby is assigned the case. His search for a lead takes Kirby through sleazy cocktail bars and encounters with citizens of dubious intentions.

George Kirby's latest case involves a smuggler bringing in illegal people from South America. The lieutenant turns to a reliable informer to help bring the trafficker to justice.

A woman is found dead with it seeming to be a open and shut case after her stepson confesses to her murder. But Lt. Kirby suspects something is amiss when the boy's mother exhibits suspicious behavior.

A famous cartoonist is found hanged with a drawing depicting the act found nearby. When another murder occurs with an accompanying cartoon Lt. Kirby is called to investigate the bizarre killings.

Bessie, a beautiful young woman, is tired of having her wishes deferred. She turns to a life of crime to get what she wants but Bessie's spree may come to an end after Lt. Kirby is assigned to the case.

Lt. Kirby is stumped by a seemingly unsolvable case. But a closer inspection of an astronomer's telescope provides the clue that Kirby needs to find the perpetrator.

When a boy's father is murdered before his eyes in Central Park, Kirby takes a special interest in him. It turns out the victim was an unscrupulous book keeper with clients in an illegal gambling ring.

Lt. Kirby goes undercover on the waterfront to investigate the death of a dockworker. He discovers that the owner of a trucking company is engaged in some shady business, involving evading customs and shipping illegal cargo to China.

An automobile accident that has questionable aspects has Lt. Kirby on the case. While conducting the probe two strange deaths occur and the clues lead Kirby to believe the three crimes are connected.

A badly executed burgarly raises questions for Lt. Kirby. While interviewing various people involved Kirby meets a young woman who's indifference sparks his suspicions.

A woman who was a sensation in the Roaring Twenties is thought to be in peril. Lt. Kirby is pegged to be her protector until the danger has passed.

A man and woman stage some boisterous fights to get noticed. It turns out to be a cover for the woman's husband murder. Lt. Kirby must find the proof to put the kilers behind bars.

Kirby is called to a college campus when a strange accident befalls a professor who threatened to expose various wrong doings.

Lt. George Kirby and his men have their sights on a mobster who they believe is behind various criminal activities. But lacking hard evidence they can't bring the racketeer to justice until a break in the case.

A piano player is a prime witness in putting a nightclub owner away in prison. But the mob vows revenge and Lt. Kirby must see to it the man doesn't pay with his life for testifying.

A young woman desires fame or at least infamy. Lt. Kirby must protect the lady from herself before she crosses over to activities that could put her in jail.

A theatrical agent calls on Lt. Kirby with a baffling case. A once promising actor went missing and hasn't resurfaced in over two decades. Kirby decides to take on the cold case with surprising results.

The only clue Lt. Kirby has to a capital crime is a pair of tennis shoes. But Kirby's diligence proves invaluable when two murderers are apprehended.
