After husband and father of two, Eduard, suffers a sudden and devastating tragedy, he meets a strange woman who offers him a unique opportunity.

Eduard returns home to learn he's been absent longer than he thought, but feels the need to see Dr. Everest again and continue the experiment, which isn't completely satisfactory.

When Dr. Everest investigates Eduard's past to find the decisive moments of his experience, he never wants to know his wife to avoid her current pain and asks the doctor to repeat the experiment.

Eduard confronts his past with a new reality, with the opportunity to prevent him from crossing paths of with Elisa, but this encounter with another younger self will end up provoking dire and unpredictable consequences.

In 1991, Elisa accidentally experiences universe travel and confronts Eduard with her suspicions about his true identity; A different tragedy occurs

In the present, Òscar reveals to Eduard a secret Clara recently told him, which reminds Eduard of a time when he and Elisa had a critical fight.

Eduard travels to a universe in which Elisa is a renowned singer, living a life very separate from his, but her gain in life means a new loss for him.

Dr. Everest warns Eduard that even a small change can have a great impact, but he ignores her for a second chance at a missed moment with his son.

When Clara and Òscar become convinced Eduard is delusional, he brings them to meet Dr. Everest to prove otherwise; Joan opens up to his son-in-law.

Dr. Everest's mysterious past and scientific endeavors are finally revealed to Eduard, as she shares her own family tragedy.
