On Halloween eve, Abbigale goes to the bathroom and is horrified when she looks in the toilet and sees she delivered a baby, when she didn't even know she was pregnant. She must react quickly to try to save the newborn. Then, Angel suffers from endometriosis and decides to end the constant pain with a hysterectomy. When she goes to the doctor for a pre-operation examination, she finds that she's 32 weeks pregnant and didn't even know it.

After a car accident breaks a 23-year old woman's back in 8 places, doctors tell her that carrying a child would be physically hard on her body. She conceives and while she is unknowingly pregnant, she is mugged by a man who murders his next victim. Then only 3 months later, she goes to the hospital with horrible cramps and to her surprise, a doctor tells her that she is pregnant, full term and about to deliver a baby and a slim 18-year-old woman from the Philippines finds out that she is pregnant with her first child when she is already 6 months along.
