Michelle and Rod Emelle have enjoyed life in the duplex apartment, but now they would like to buy their own home. Discouraged by the quality of homes, the couple are hoping a new realtor can get them back on track.

Wendy and Mark Cohen rented a house until they could find one to buy. That was four years ago. They have had their heart set on one neighborhood and have been unable to find a suitable house there that they could afford.

Newlyweds Mary Kaluza and Scott Maxson would liked to find a house that is for sale by owner. On their wish list are a music studio, a large kitchen and a bedroom with a bathroom attached for Mary's 9-year-old daughter, Korin.

Lisa and Bob Wadley recently relocated from Tennessee to Southern California. This was a big move for the couple and it was made more difficult by the difference in housing prices between their old and new neighborhoods.
