Dr. Mira Anand is scheduled to perform an operation on the Chief Minister of Haryana. The night before the operation, four masked strangers break into her home, hold her family hostage and order her to kill him on the operating table.

Mira returns to work at the hospital under heavy surveillance by the kidnappers. As the time of the operation draws near, she desperately searches for a solution to postpone the operation without being caught.

After delaying the surgery, Mira finds herself under suspicion from her old mentor. Meanwhile, an angry neighbor whom Sanjay owes money to shows up at the house, adding a new wrinkle to the kidnapper's plans.

Prithvi races to cover his tracks. As Mira and Sanjay debate over whether the kids should escape, Shovan and Shaina try to make contact with the outside world. A visitor shakes things up at the house.

As Mira scrambles to help a wounded Sanjay, a new complication forces Prithvi to make a risky move. Meanwhile, Prince's temper fuels tension in the house as he and Hyma begin to suspect Prithvi's true motives.

Prithvi is surprised and concerned when he's abruptly summoned to the station by his old partner. As Mira drives to the hospital to get medicines, she begins piecing together clues to Prithvi's identity.

Mira learns that someone might be on to the plot but doesn't know whom to trust, especially when she discovers Sanjay has been hiding things from her. Meanwhile, Aditya hatches out a plan to escape with the kids.

Prince and Aman chase Aditya and the kids into the forest. An injury forces Shovan to split up from the other two, while Prithvi joins the fray. Sanjay makes a drastic bid to gain leverage on the kidnappers.

Mira begins following a new person of interest. As Prince loses what was left of his patience, Sanjay and Shovan make a fearful bid to escape from the house. Prithvi and Subramanian clash over Shaina's fate.

Mira manages to turn the tables on Prithvi, who also has to contend with mutiny from his crew, testing the limits of his resolve. But a string of revelations soon leaves her facing another weighty decision.
