Uncle Waldo makes a fortune when he discovers a spring that produces water that can grow hair, but he makes an enemy of a miserly tycoon who sends a hit man to remove Waldo and his friends...permanently

Uncle Waldo makes Hoppity a star by putting a blonde wig on him and making a singing sensation out of his croaking.

Waldo's latest con involves charging people to dig for diamonds in a vacant lot, but this annoys an underground race of mole people who kidnap Waldo, Fillmore and Hoppity.

When Waldo and Fillmore have a parting of ways, the later hooks up with a pair of gangsters who plan to use his bugle-playing in a kidnapping plot.

When the trio befriends a giant, Waldo hist upon the idea of making money off of him by forming a basketball team.

The trio become detectives in order to stay on the right side of the law, and undertake a case to recover a stolen painting.

When Waldo loses his entire stock of Indian Guide Elixir, he must brew another batch. Unknowingly, he includes in the mix Wottabango corn - which is explosive.
