Annie reveals her secrets to Roman while they investigate the connection between two attacks. Olivia can't feed and Miranda is left to fend for herself.

Pryce finds out what the creature is and searches for a connection to Spivak. Roman studies upires history and myths with help from Annie and a professor she knows. Peter questions Andreas about the heist.

Johann's mental state is tested, Shelly finds solace in her newfound friend. Roman and Annie grow closer. Peter's pack has a devastating development. Destiny gets a surprise.

Ochoa encourages Olivia to reach out to Annie. Destiny starts to get paranoid because of Andreas not showing up. Pryce is haunted by flashbacks of his past.

Olivia's condition worsens. Peter struggles to keep his story straight with the guys as Destiny gets persistant.

Olivia goes to an upir conference in search for a new body. Destiny confronts Roman.

Aitor wants to leave Hemlock Grove and he asks Shelley to go away with him. Roman manipulates Peter into thinking Milan was responsible for the murder.

Roman and Peter discover something creepy at Spivaks. Olivia is running out of time and wants to get to Roman. Pryce conforts Shelley. Two unexpected deaths occur.

Dr. Blinsky heals Roman's gunshot wound. After leaving Nadia to Shelley's care, Annie confronts Olivia about her father's death. The final showdown takes place as we say goodbye to Hemlock Grove.
