Sarah's parents visit Hebburn for the first time.

Vicki is ecstatic when Dot buys her a car, but their happiness is short lived when they end up stranded in an industrial estate. Elsewhere, Jack has a job interview, and Sarah is trying to pull her weight by taking on the housework.

Joe is banned from his favorite foods and drinks just as Jack's stag night rolls around.

Wedding day has arrived in Hebburn. Though Jack and Sarah are technically already married, Pauline and Dot are determined to treat it like their special day.
