Ty and Amy are back from their honeymoon and Georgie is trying to be able to handle what is going on with Lou and Peter. Ty and Amy are adding on to the loft. Amy and Georgie find a hurt horse.

Ty celebrates graduating as he and Amy diagnose a difficult patient. Lou struggles with being a good parent through the separation and impending divorce from Peter.

After enlisting Amy to help her perfect a trick to perform at an upcoming rodeo, Georgie gets pulled away by Lou and Peter who insist she focus on her schoolwork.

Everyone rallies around Jack as he struggles with the inevitable loss of a friend. Georgie gets some unwanted help with her schoolwork.

Jack is having a hard time since Paint died. Amy and Georgie take place in Casey's rodeo. Georgie is trying to Jack to ride Buddy.But he doesn't want another horse. But jack decides to give Buddy a shot.

Ty and Amy get stuck up the mountains on a rescue mission with a wounded animal.

Amy helps a Medieval jouster who was badly injured during a competition regain his confidence so he can compete again.

Georgie prepares to say goodbye to Bear as he goes off to train with the Mounted Police; Lou gets a chance at a first date, and Tim might be in for a big life change.

Amy and Ty work together to determine why Caleb's horse becomes ill during his treatment at Heartland.

Georgie begins to second-guess her decision to run away from Heartland, while the family bands together to find her.

Ty gets roped into helping Jack and Tim on a cattle drive but an unforeseen accident jeopardizes their plans.

When Jade thinks about accepting a shady sponsorship deal, Tim asks for Amy and Georgie's help to talk her out of it.

Amy teams up with Cass to find a solution when Janice asks for Amy's help with her racehorse. The return of Janice forces Tim to reevaluate his current relationship.

Georgie's school project on Val Stanton inspires her to take a risk with Adam.

Lou's return from New York does not go smoothly when she must deal with two new additions to her world. Firstly, the food truck parked across the street from Maggie's and secondly, the hot new Heartland ranch hand no one told her about.

Lou and Mitch, the ranch hand, share their pasts while trapped at the Dude ranch; Georgie and Adam "need to talk."

While trying to help Cass learn to handle a spirited horse, Amy discovers there is more riding on their success than she initially realized.

When their plans to get away are thwarted, Amy and Ty celebrate their first anniversary closer to home and Amy unveils a special surprise.
