Years of working in D.C.'s political world has left Meredith's closet filled with ultra conservative androgynous suits, huge sweaters, jeans and clogs. Now that she's moved to New York, Meredith has decided it's time to find her own style.

A closet full of frilly ball gowns and baby doll dresses will not serve Angela well as she launches her new career as the CEO of a luxury spa company. Sadly, Angela's insecurities about her body have adversely affected her fashion choices.

Formerly a single party girl, Ali is now an Upper East Side wife and mother of twins, and her fashion choices -- combined with her desire to be a size 0 -- are at odds with her post-natal figure and her new status in life.

Twenty five-year-old real estate agent Caroline believes the key to her professional success is dressing like she's 40 -- a frumpy 40. Caroline thinks Tim and Gretta only need to help her with her after-hours wardrobe, but they suspect that her workplace style may be holding back her career.

Diana, the director of a not-for-profit charity, has a wardrobe ruled by sale price as opposed to a distinct style. As a result, her closet is full to bursting. Tim and Gretta help her pare down and learn the lesson of "less is more."

Eliza is a 34-year-old singer/songwriter who dresses like a rocker both on stage and off. Her style neither compliments her music nor her conservative family, so Tim must intervene in time for her band's highly anticipated New York performance. Fashion help from: hairstylist Sally Hershberger and fashion designer Kay Unger.

Ariana just got the promotion of a lifetime and has accepted the position as head of marketing at her sister's start-up company. In order to make the right impression, she will have to get rid of her old, worn-out clothing and take Tim's advice that some clothes are worth investing in. Fashion help from: Fashion designer Angel Sanchez and makeup artist Gordon Espinet of MAC Cosmetics.

At 5'11, Erica claims it's hard to find clothes that fit her properly, consequently leaving her looking like she has outgrown her outfits. Big changes in Erica's life involve her launching a Veterinary hospital and marrying her fianc? of 4 years; so it is only fitting for her awkward look to be transformed as well. Fashion help from Tim and Gretta, aided by guest star Tyson Beckford, help Erica with her shopping and size issue, leading her to discover a whole new side to herself.
