James arrives in small town Greenfield, as family and friends are celebrating Kelley's return Home. Kelley is surprised to see James, and so is everyone else. She welcomes him, contrary to all the locals. As everyday life ensues, underlying tensions start surfacing. start surfacing.

James and Kelley have finally gotten their own place in Greenfield, but privacy is still hard to come by, with Kelley's father Ben around. Life is good, but the peace is short lived. Locals pass time doing burnouts and drinking as dirty secrets start emerging everywhere resulting in a terrible event.

Michael has been missing all night, and James is looking for him. Kelley wants James to select a colour to paint the house, but James has his mind on finding Michael. Alex begins to manipulate people, playing events into his own favour. Colours are getting blurry and James is confronted with an unpleasant surprise.

Michael has been missing for days. Ben has heard the rumour, as has everybody else about James and Michael. Friends are hard to come by. James needs to find Michael to prove the rumours wrong and he finds help from an unlikely friend. Meanwhile Kelley finds comfort with Alex, who is suddenly around for her. Out in the bush, at the lake, James and Justine make an unexpected discovery. unexpected discovery.

Michael is back, but it's too late. James has lost the trust of everyone in Greenfield, even his own girlfriend, Kelley has lost faith. A last chance of redemption is given to him by Justine - Jason's phone that she found near Michael at the lake. Meanwhile Alex has arranged a surprise party for Kelley, although she isn't in the mood following Michael's ordeal. Suddenly James shows up at the party, setting in motion the last chain of chaotic events and his last chance to clear his name his name.
